For fairer opportunities in the labour market

Current social challenge:

It is difficult watching people, lacking the ability of positive self representation in particular their strengths to position themselves in the labour market.

An application is basically advertising for themselves. Classic application normally don’t work like ads but are mostly formalistic, collectivist and almost weaknesses-oriented. The platforms of the job centers don’t really work well in representing people positively. The lack of success in the mediation is not surprising. For someone in a difficult life situation of any kind a positive self representation is difficult, either through disability, age, migration background or family obligations such as maternity, as well as deficiencies in the curriculum vitae. Help from successful people from the IT and design industry can be really helpful in this case.

Our projects as a solution:


We would help the communities targeted by the initiative of “Human value” like women, senior citizens, foreigners and people with disabilities with an appropriate platform for fair opportunities.

We plan an IT solution that is cross-platform, which puts people seeking work with its strengths in the center and makes it attractive for themselves and the labour market. In conjunction with the stakeholders of the labour market as the effect of fair access to the labour market can flourish. As advertising professionals, we know how todays job application trends. And as IT professionals we have already created a mature technical base with our Windows app “MVP Central” suiting these needs. We can build on this combination to come to quick solutions.
