Social challenge and "access to the labour market" approach
Personal expertise is often a hidden commodity. For many population groups, positive self-expression is difficult-in concrete terms, it is often women, seniors, foreigners and people with disabilities (see also the People's Value of Business Initiative). This lack of ability makes access to the labour market more difficult or impossible. Nor can these hidden potential be used as an opportunity for employers.
Vision as a solution
An ITK solution to better showcase personal skills, strengths and achievements available on all systems Android, iOS and Windows could help-available for free and easily. In addition, such profiles would have to be easily maintained by jobseekers themselves. This solution should also be multilingual available and also accessible. Docking to appropriate employment agencies, but federal initiatives in particular to companies as a contact platform, would be more than desirable.
